Her professionalism, experience and knowledge of the market were apparent from the beginning of the process. As a Realtor, my critique of individuals in this industry is tough. I knew that Denise would be the right fit for an extremely challenging situation. The cabin was co-owned with two other couples with different ownership objectives. We were not all on the same page with selling and pricing the cabin. Denise handled the process with the utmost integrity and professionalism. She was sensitive to each of the partners, but stayed focused on getting the sale completed.
During the listing, the market continued to deteriorate in the area in terms of prices. Denise was able to get us an offer that was above the market. At that point she could have suggested that we accept and close, however she recommended patience and further negotiations to increase the final price. We were thrilled with the final deal.
